Dylon Machine Dye Pod, 350g, Olive Green

Worked as expected. Turned white socks into a familiar OD Green reminiscent of my time in the military. Just what I wanted.

I had read reviews that clothes came out with blotchy dye jobs, but assumed it was user error and bought the dye pod anyway. I read and re-read the instructions meticulously but my clothes still came out with the same blotches I was warned against. Really disappointed, ruined two of my favorite pants I was hoping to liven up the color again.

My first time using a coloring product. I have a beautiful warm up suit. Splattered overspray tilex on my top of my suit and I wash it right away and the bleach spits came through. I bought this product and it was amazing. The directions were very easy to work with I did exactly with the description or the directions tell you to do and it came out perfectly the color I had to go a little darker on the color so I had to put the whole warm-up suit together to make it even suit color, pants and top and it came out perfectly. I couldn't be any happier cause like I said it was my favorite suit..

3 of 5 items I dyed were left with streaks and blotches, as I feared when adding the pod. Common sense told me to dissolve first but I followed the instructions. I dissolved the last pod in hot water, stirring until it was completely dissolved (it clumps easily!), then added to the water in the washing machine, agitated for a few minutes, then added clothes and they came out even. DO NOT add the pod directly to anything that you really care about!!!

Wasn't sure what to do about the plastic pod thing so i just opened it and poured dye into the hot water in the washing machine. Then i added my damp, wrung out coat. The color was spot on what i wanted.

This is a great way to dye sheets! Got this because I usually have white sheets and they get stained. This is an easy inexpensive way to have new sheets without purchasing new ones!

I couldn't believe how easy it was to use the product! We had a few pairs of white jeans that we wanted to dye, and it seemed really simple to throw them in the washing machine. Then voila, green jeans.
