Quality is poor.Not sure whether to blametoner or printer.Dont want to buy a 150 dollars toner to find out.

We used to be afraid to use non-Brother toner and drums, but decided to try them because they cost less than 1/4 the price of Brother supplies. The Cool Toner drum has worked very well, we really can't tell the difference in the print quality. The packaging is also very nice - we've shipped them to remote locations and they came through in great condition. Will buy them again.

For the price point it was hard to beat and then shipping was super quick

Great product at a much better price the oem brother cartridges. Longevity is good about the same as theirs at a much lower cost. I do recommend them if you print at a higher volume for cost savings.

TheDR820 is great. Replacing the old unit was the same as OEM and the quality is the same. No dislikes. Also, received in 2 business days. Used for business.

Use this at a small hospital and the quality is great and price is wonderful. I hear complaints about different things but never about the printers and the ink!

This is a great alternative to brother toner. It works just as well and is cheaper. I don't know about the longevity though.
