I was having some symptoms of being very tired and also having dry mouth. I looked to see if there were supplements I could take to remedy those problems and B-complex was listed. I had stayed up during the night trying to drink more water thinking that I might have gotten dehydrated and that could be the source of my tired ness and dry mouth. This product is great! First, the taste is pleasant. I have tried so many vitamins that I couldn’t handle and this I can take without a glass of water!Second-and most importantly-I doubled my b12 numbers in two months. My numbers were garbage when I started and when I went for my results last week my B12 was at the high end of the spectrum! I have already ordered my next bottle!

Tastes awesome! Took as directed, had labs and my B12 was 600+; my PCM said it was high, likely from a supplement and to stop taking it. There ya have it folks.

I just got this a week ago and can say it has improved my energy, which I desperately needed. No upset tummy and I’m sensitive to vitamins making me nauseous. I just got the multivitamin and took it today and no stomach upset with it either. Definitely a worthy B complex
