Valuable insight into the amount of time we waste and, the degradation of the human mind through social media and smart phone addiction. It’s really worth reading all the books. Cal has a special talent at presenting his ideas and work methodology in an easy to read, easy to understand and easy to apply way. Distractions degrade the brain. Hyper stimulation of scrolling inhibits is from being able to do deep work and focus. Cal explains the science behind. Highly recommend all his books!
