I purchased this to actually use in my shower. Why, you ask? My shower functions quite well. The issue is my well water. I have very hard water (155 TDS) and it leaves my hair and skin with a mineral film which is most unpleasant. Instead of purchasing a water softening system for a few thousand dollars, I decided to use water I distill at home and fill this bag up to get a nice quick rinse at the end of my shower. This would work great if, and that’s a big IF..... the shower head actually stayed closed when it needed to. You see, you push the shower head in to shut the water off.... that’s great until the head is dangling down (which is what it does when not in use) and that little thing called “gravity” pushed the weight of the water against the shower head and, you guessed it, it opens, your precious 2.5 gallons of water you perhaps labored over waiting to heat up in the sun or maybe distilled in your home water distiller. Long story short, this product would be great if the shower head actually CLICKED on and off, instead of just “pushed” with a prayer that it stays closed. Other than this, the bag is sturdy, made well and does not leak. I wish the shower head was different. Long winded story short.... Returned.

The bag itself is sturdy and I like this carrying handle better than other brands. I've had many of these solar showers over the years. This one has some nice features - soft cover that won't stick to your car, a pocket, a large filling hole, nice carrying handle. However, the cap on the filling hole leaks, the ring that hold the cap on pops off (not a big deal but annoying), but most importantly, the hose pops off really easily so that is a fast "leak". And very importantly the nozzle is very cheaply made. With just a slight amount of effort it pops apart so you need to be very gentle with it. And yet, it also sticks so sometimes it's hard to be gentle with it. I'm buying a different one for my next trip.

It was very awkward to use inside the shower tent. The water was coming out dripping from the bag .. It was more like a toy not for practical shower in camping.

I bought this shower bag. Worked like a charm. Full bag weighs about 40lbs or so. The shower spout could use a over haul... hard to turn on without pulling the nozzle completely off. It’s tricky but the wife and the family figured it out. I would definitely recommend this shower solar bag.

Overall a really good product. We've used it several time without any problems
