I was using as a purse and the zipper broke within the first week. I returned the defective bag and received a refund. End of story, or so I thought. I had given the bag a one star review because of the zipper problem. I then received an email from the company stating they had sent me a new bag with a zipper that functioned properly. I received the bag yesterday and sure enough the zipper seems to be of improved quality. Talk about standing behind your product. These people are great to do business with which is all most of us ask in this world....to be treated fairly. These guys were MORE than fair and the bag is pretty terrific too. Don't hesitate to buy the bag. It really looks fantastic and comes from a great company.

I was looking for a sleek, conservative bag to carry over my shoulder, no long strap. I like to have control of what I am carrying. Also, I recently had to toss a very professional favorite, and was looking for a professional looking bag, that presents my presence in a room as organized, serious, straight forward, no complication when reaching for documents.This bag meet all my requirements. Multiple inner pockets to section off areas of need according to each section for the purpose of use. My absolute favorite is the middle zipper section, personal items for convenience.When I return to campus I want to look the part for the next stages of obtaining my next degree.This bag says "I'm serious and ready for business". :)Thank you.

I purchased this bag to use for work because I have to carry my laptop around alot. I was worried that it wouldn't have enough storage space, but I'm surprisingly able to fit quite a bit of stuff in it, including my 16" laptop. The quality is very good and the materials are sturdy. What I dislike about this bag is that the bottom is so narrow that it will not sit upright. Every time I set it down, it falls over. Another thing that I dislike is that the straps are a little too short, making it difficult to lift onto my shoulder. But overall, the bag was a good purchase for the price.

I purchased this months ago and still use it daily. It has withstood my daily trek in and out of my office building—but don’t think I’m gentle on it. This thing gets flung across my car. It gets tossed across my desk. It gets catapulted across my living room.The straps are a comfortable thickness, and don’t dig into my shoulder when worn. The bag is has a good amount of sturdiness to it, and can normally stand on its own. Everything except the big zipper across the top has proven its durability. Even so, I love this bag.

This bag was Too small for me, but I am giving the product 5 stars because it is really cute bag and could be good for someone else. And because I was unhappy , this seller contacted me and was fabulous to work with. They even sent me a new bag because I didn’t like this one so I would recommend buying from them for sure. Great company and good products.

When I received this bag i fell in love with it, however a few days after my zipper came apart and was defective so now i never zip up the bag which sucks because i constantly have to make sure nothing falls off. I use this primarily for work and other than the zipper part the bag is so cute, durable, great quality and super comfy.

I purchased this to have a nice bag for an all day interview. The straps were long enough to keep on my shoulder and while the bag was bigger than I expected, it worked great and I was able to tote it around all day without feeling like it was in the way or annoying. And it's lovely too. Yes, there is a little bit of a "fresh from the factory" smell to it. I expected this from other reviews, so I opened all the pockets in the bag and let it air out a day or so before my interview and it was just fine.

My wife really likes this Osoce laptop handbag. It holds her laptop very well and all of her daily needs. It's very well made, using top quality materials. The stitching is perfect. The lining is beautiful. The finish is awesome. It feels and looks like a very popular high fashion brand (GG mean anything to you?). Great purchase. Five stars.
