A Constant Companion
I was in the mood for some of the best country love songs. This beautiful 2 CD set of Alabama's love songs is even more enjoyable than I had expected. Some of the songs are on my other Alabama CDs, but this is promoted as just their love songs and it sure is. Here they are at their very best with soft, sweet and rousing, carousing songs. They make me laugh and they make me cry.I keep this in my car and just keep recycling the two CDs. (It's a little hard when they make me cry.) I suppose some day I'll want to play something else, but not just yet.If you love Country Music and are sentimental and want some music that will move you, buy this CD set!

This one is a 'MUST HAVE'
This is Alabama at their best - I don't think there is a better "Love Songs" CD. Randy Owen really gets you in the mood. That voice. That smile. OMG I don't think their is anyone with a more sexier voice than Randy. This is a 2 CD pack. All the songs are so good. Alabama is the greatest. If you are an Alabama fan, this one is a MUST HAVE. Also, Randy's new solo CD "ONE ON ONE" and his new book are both very good. He still has that voice in my opinion. Both are available at Amazon. He may be touring this summer, go to his web site and check out his videos and new songs.

What A Way To Go!
It's sad to see Alabama retire but I guess after 20+ years they deserve it. In The Mood again is an Alabama classic despite that there are only two previously unreleased tracks on this awesome CD. Every song is a fantastic classic hit. This compilation was very well picked and all the songs are truely awesome love songs. If Alabama wanted to give us one final hoooraaahhhhhhhh! ---- then this is it and they went out with a bang! I would highly recommend this CD to any Alabama fan. All the awesome love songs together on a double CD. What more could we ask for as a grand finale? Happy retirement Alabama and thank you for all those years of beautiful music!

Good Harmonies!
The Oak Ridge Boys never fail to provide good harmonies. I think their bass is the best that I've ever heard. He sings really low down there where he is supposed to except he does it better then anyone else. I like the Oak Ridge Boys songs and their Spirit for singing. I saw them in Roseburg, Oregon many years ago and they put on a great show. Keep it up boys! We love you!

カントリーってジャンルには留まらないバンド
アメリカでは物凄い人気だったカントリーバンド！アマゾンでは曲目が無かったのですが昔アナログで何枚か持っていたのでバラードベストなら外さないだろうと思って購入！なるほどなるほど楽曲はどれも素晴しくＡＯＲファンやイーグルスファンでも満足出来そうなベスト。曲数のわりに値段も安くお得感のあるＣＤなのですが、何故？バラードベストなのに大ヒット曲Carolina Mountain Dewe が入っていないのでしょう？？80年代のアラバマの代表曲のひとつだと思うので、それが残念。

...das Album ist noch nicht auf dem Markt, aber ich kenne als ehem. Country-DJ praktisch alle Titel. Diese CD wird vermutlich das (leider) letzte Album von Alabama sein. Wie immer bei dieser Musikrichtung sind auch hier die Texte wichtig. Anspieltip ist <in the mood> und <close enough to perfect>
