Product is great and easy to install. Hardware is separate. I am not pleased with Amazon selling items on the pretense they will be delivered next day and then sending email as soon as I order it will be late. That is 100% misleading and unacceptable.I pay premium for prime and should not be lied to about shipping . Product was sold with next day shipping and took 12 days. This is happening more and more.We canceled all prime memberships.

Excellent hardware. Worked perfectly with the 20x10 sail shade I purchased. Definitely heavy duty enough. Highly recommended.Update: Not heavy duty enough.. The screws need to be larger. Still an excellent product but larger deeper screws need to be provided to keep the sunshade intact. The pressure that needs to be applied to keep it tight enough to keep the rain off is greater than the screws provided. I would also recommend getting an extra length of stainless chain to compile the job. You HAVE to set it up so pulls completely diagonal all the way around or you're going to get water pooling on top and it will rip the shade or pull the hardware out as it was in my case.

It was fairly easy to install and is sturdy and rugged. Will definitely buy again for my next one.

I’ve bought these to use with my sun sail and I’m very happy with them. They have been through many storms and have survived. I will buy again.

Get this kit if you are putting up a sail shade. It truly makes the job easy.

You may need a tensioner device. Pulling and clipping by hand does not keep enough tension to utilize the included tension bolts. We struggled to get everything mounted as tight as possible, then went from the tension bolts fully backed out, to fully closed and there was still not enough tension to battle West Texas winds.
