Definitely Different
It is definitely different for sure. Ut for me in a good and sexy kinda of way. I could definitely use more room for the boys but other than that not bad at all really. Give it a try and see.

Medium in these was like Xtra Small
Extremely small. Order at least a size up. I purchase Medium Under Armor, and other brands and have never had a problem. Medium in these was like Xtra Small.

Not for an adult male
The waist fits fine, but the rest is way too small (and I'm just average). I wish some western countries would start manufacturing something along these lines. Nearly every pair of Chinese made underwear that I've purchased, seems to be sized for a pre-pubescent boy. Another reviewer mentioned stretching the sack portion out with a tennis ball; I tried that with a pair just to see, and it sort of worked, but it shrank back up after a single hand washing.I tried to stretch the upper pouch as well. Upon receiving them, I spent a solid 15 minutes trying to figure out how to squeeze myself in. Actually googled how to put these on, and it was suggested to pre-stretch the pouch with your fingers. Still didn't help. Eventually, I inverted the fabric and, with a partner assisting, rolled the underwear on. So much for the surprise.As if that wasn't enough, there's a raised seam that runs right up the base of both pouches that starts to hurt after extended wear. If you're thinking of taking someone out to dinner, then surprising them afterwards with these on, plan on putting them on in the bathroom at the restaurant. The seam starts to get uncomfortable after about 30 minutes of wear and by the 1 hour mark, I was ready to rip them off to relieve the irritation. Other brands I've tried had flat seams which were more comfortable, but they were still too small.

Not happy with these at all
Penis wouldn't fit in the pouch and no room for the boys. It's a thong and the pic shows full back. Not happy with these at all. Waist of money......
