My favorite chips!
It's amazing how much these chips change the flavor of Tollhouse cookies. Since the chip is more bittersweet, you notice the vanilla in your cookie more. The whole cookie tastes less sweet, which may be a plus for you or a minus.I'm a keto/carnivore person but have the occasional cheat treat. Cookies made with these chips don't make me feel like I'll die of sugar overload, even though I don't use less sugar in the recipe.So... the bottom line is if you sometimes feel like regular chocolate chip cookies are sweeter than you'd like, you're going to love these chips. They are slightly bigger than regular semisweet chips.
