Best Bread!
This is a wonderful bread! It users sprouted grains and has a good carb to fiber ratio, as well as protein. The thing is it doesn’t taste like “healthy” bread. It tastes GOOD! Really good!

Healthy
It is healthy if the label and my doctor are correct. Like other "healthy" products, a lot desired in the flavor departmen. However, 1/2 the carbs of a delicious slice of bread, but save on the carbs, I use for sandwich occasions when I have a flavorful filler to cover the strong flavor of the bread. It reduces carb intake, so I'll reduce the amount of the bread I love, and use this when I must have a sandwich with 2 slices of bread

Too dry
This is unreasonably dry and will make you sad if you like bread. Just eat normal, whole wheat bread in a healthy balanced diet and take pleasure in eating. Don't punish yourself like this. Health food that tastes bad is pointless.
