Pretty good!
The media could not be loaded. I normally use Caputo Fioreglut but have been searching for something that doesn’t use wheat starch that could still hold up to getting on a peel and cooking in my Gozney pizza oven. This is the first flour I’ve found that can really do that. I made the recipe exactly the same as I do with the Caputo and the results were good! It’s slightly more dense and a bit more chewy than Caputo but far better than any other wheat free product I’ve ever tried.

Hoping for better
Revised- Actually makes a decent flatbread and worked well in a cornbread recipe. Moved to 4 stars.I usually buy fiorglut but saw this and thought I would give it a try. First issue, they don’t publish a recipe nor could I find one on line so I used the fiorglut recipe. Final pizza was less chewy and tasty. In fact the crust is really bland. Pay the extra $6/kilo it’s worth it. Live and learn!

I bought this floor to make pizza. It was not good. It didn't rise and was so showy.

The reviews were mixed but I was pretty happy.
I think the Caputo gluten-free flour makes a little better Pizza crust, but this was not bad at all. It doesn't have the flavor of the Caputo gluten-free flour, which isn't exactly a bad thing. This has a more natural flavor and makes a pretty good Neapolitan type pizza crust.
