Good flavor
I like the fact that this bread comes from sprouted flour and doesn't use refined sugar. When I purchased this at Whole Foods, it was not in the frozen bread section, but rather had been set out, which is the way I wanted it. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because it isn't organic.

Not fresh, molds quickly
We've tried this brand a couple of times now and both times the bread was already slightly stale by the time it arrived despite being within the fresh-by date, and within a couple more days it became aggressively stale or moldy. Will not be purchasing it again.
