this turner is 3rd turner, by far this one is working the best!! it has a really sturdy body with beautiful colors! One thing I like the most is its sponge keeps my tumbler so firm and motor working perfectly, and especially it's quiet. Accessories are all included, I will use them all. definitely worth money 200%!! Last one more thing, Spinifly they have great customer service, every time I contacted them, they always respond with great care. I'd love to give them 10 stars and more!

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this turner in January & use it almost everyday( including leaving projects to spin overnight). So far so good! As for sturdiness, I’ve used pens, mugs, glass vases, large wine glasses, & clay pots as of today,03/10/21. The only thing I’ve noticed with mine is a knocking/clicking noise while spinning no matter the size of the item. Hopefully this isn’t an issue that will effect performance in the future because I’m about to order another.

I found this kit to be a great deal for someone like me that was just starting out. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because of the foam included with the spinner. It sucks! In all fairness, I did contact customer service. They responded immediately and am waiting for a replacement of the large foam, but due to the coronavirus, who knows when I'll get it.The machine spins nice and slow making sure that everything gets great coverage.EDIT 4/3/2020-After reading my review company ordered replacement foam instead of making me wait until this whole virus thing was over. That’s going above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and it’s someone I would not only recommend but I would do business with again.

Easy to set up and use. No noise, super quiet and comes with everything I needed like plastic mats and the mixers. Liked it so much I bought a second one for the excess tumblers I’m making now

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered this once & I received a defective one. I was given a replacement which worked great and stuff does! My mom decided I should have more than 2 so she ordered me another one. GUESS WHAT, DEFECTIVE. Had to strip my cup because of the goops it created from it being jammed, it stopped turning and makes clicking noiseI have come to find out that if you REMOVE the black plastic cover that’s on the “U” it does not jam the rod causing it to stop. (Maybe should be considered In another update)It’s ALMOST one of the best turners out there, the others are not as heavy, but they also don’t jam! It would be nice to have one that I didn’t have to worry about it jamming up while I leave it on to dry my cup.Update** they replaced the defective item quickly after I left a review, & I received the “O” holder, that one is 100% better! It’s very quiet, it doesn’t jam like the “U” & it holds Starbucks cups AND Tumblers very well. It’s unfortunate all the back and forth, but I know how’s that many businesses start. I was also informed that Amazon is who sends out the turners and Spinifly has no control over which one we receive, the O or the U, but if amazon could fix this issue to where we ALL get the O, that would be AMAZING because that one is ACTUALLY worth it.

I was really excited to try this turner out as I’ve read great things and knew it was much quieter than the other one I had. However, a few mins upon using it, I began to hear a crackling sound coming from the motor. (Which is something I read on other reviews, and decided to ignore and thus try it. However I realized I received a defective turner.I then ordered a replacement and it came in a few days, this time I received a few different items. And even a piece of sprayed PVC pipe that I knew didn’t belong in the box ( I assume I received a hand me down) I didn’t care, as it was a replacement and I just wanted it to work. However, the same thing occurred with the noise from the motor. It’s not a noise that should be coming from it quiet or not. You can tell this product hasn’t been made well in that regard. I recommend the Competitor turner for a few bucks less or just make your own for a fraction of the price.

Love my new tumbler turner machine. Easy to assemble. Stylish. So far it’s been working great, no noise as of yet. Had this product for a few weeks so far. I’d definitely purchase again. I have the newer model.

Really excited when I got it. It was fairly quick and easy to assemble. It has a slightly fast spin but not bad. It WAS quiet and then it started making clicking sounds a few weeks after I had started using it. I can't just take it apart because the motor is encased in metal. It doesn't seem to be doing any harm yet. It's just a little concerning when you have a cup spinning all night and you hope your machine isn't going to stop or whatever because of this. Just unsettling but so far no big problems.
