Tuna Steak Yellowfin MSC

We haven't tried them yet, but they will not cook properly unless we get inventive with a knife. We received 3 "steaks." Two of them are about 3-inch cubes, and the other is cone-shaped (also about 3" in diameter at one end). They're basically hunks of fish, not steaks. Not at all as pictured.

Not a high quality tuna. Should be a deep dark red, theirs was barely pink. And really expensive. Not worth it.
