I bought this product as a last minute gift for my grandmother. She had a muff as a child and was telling us how she would love to have one again. I ordered this about 4 days before Christmas, and I wasn't sure if it would get here on time. When I got it, it was much softer than I expected. It really felt very high quality. My grandma was so surprised when she got the gift she was showing it off to EVERYONE she came in contact with. It totally made her day! Definitely something to get for the person who has everything.
