Useful life took a dive on second cover
UPDATE: MAY 1, 2014: I'M DOWNGRADING THIS PRODUCT TO THREE STARS, TWO IF YOU LIVE IN A HIGH-RAIN, HIGH SUN CLIMATE LIKE SANTA FE IN THE SUMMER.As described below, the first cover we bought (in 2009) lasted 3.5 summers. (We store our outdoor table tiles and chairs in the garage for winter.) The second, which we bought in June 2013, didn't last one summer.Heavy "monsoon" rains kept filling up the hollow between the chair tops with water, which was heavy enough to rip the fabric when we tried to pull the cover up to dump the water. Once started, the rips quickly got too long to fix, so we cut the rest of the cover up and used its fabric for the winter top of a summer rain barrel.Whether the product's short life the second time was due to more extreme weather or cheaper fabric, I don't know. But as I get older, it gets harder to pull the cover on and off over all the protrusions and to clip and unclip the two corners way under the table. This summer I'm going to try bungee cords and a good tarp with grommets. We also bought this company's products for our front portal swing and our outdoor grill, mainly to keep birds and their poop off. While the grille cover has lasted two summers and the swing cover about three, so far, neither fits very well. The grille cover is too loose, and the swing cover doesn't accommodate the swing's arms and chains. We'll still use these covers until they, too, disintegrate, but they'll probably be our last Classic Accessories products.Following is my earlier, more favorable review:I bought this cover almost exactly four years ago, on June 7, 2009. We live in a sunny and often windy mountain valley south of Santa Fe, New Mexico. The combination of dry heat, piercing sun, sometimes gale-force winds and lots of birds full of poop defeats almost any plastic membrane, paint, or material made by Man.We don't use the cover year round; we store it, the chairs and the table tiles in the garage for the winter. We used the cover for three summers without incident. Midway through the fourth, the elastic cord broke, but it was easy to knot and rethread. I made a small rip while pulling the cover on, but duct tape on the inside sealed it almost unnoticeably.Only this fifth summer defeated the cover. It got brittle enough that wind bashing it against the tops of the chairs made several big rips. The main caddy-corner clips that hold the cover on the table and six chairs never failed. They would probably last another four years. Best of all, the gentle rustling of the cover in the wind keeps the birds away.So I'm ordering another cover as soon as I finish this review. Less than one dollar a month is not bad for a stylish and durable cover, especially for a guy who used to use contractor bags and binder clips, and swear while taking them on and off.

Just what I needed
I bought this cover 7 years ago and it’s still working just fine. It has some mold and algae on it which I can’t wash off but otherwise it’s done a great job of protecting my deck furniture!

ok, but only lasts a couple years
These covers are ok but after a couple years, they tend to dry out and split. Luckily they are not too expensive so I can replace them.

It's been many years now, I'm on my 4th or 5th cover.
And now its February 2020. This last cover started disintegrating in just one year. This one I had bought so I placed a warranty claim with the mfg and I'm sure they'll send me a new one pretty fast. Have to keep it all in perspective though, this cover is cheap compared to the insulated cover it's protecting..Now it's 2 years later (October 2015) and the one I got in July 2013 is ripping all over. Can't submit a warranty claim on this one so I just ordered another. Even though the second one lasted only two years I'm very happy with the cover. You can bet I'll be keeping my receipt in case I need to warranty this one too. Great product and merchant! And now its a month later..... (July 2013) I'm adding to this review because when I went to order a new one, I noticed it came with a 3 year warranty. Since my old ripped one was not quite 3 years old, I called the mfg company hopeful they would warranty it. AND THEY DID!!! No fuss at all. I received a brand new one in about a week after filing an online claim and sending them a few digital pics of the rips. I was super easy mainly because this seller was ably to lookup the Amazon record.AWESOME!!!Now it's three years later (June 2013) and the cover has been used over my hot tub, year-round, ever since. It's holding up okay. It's starting to rip if I don't handle it very gently. Just like anything else that's fabric and left outdoors for three years, it beginning to degrade. Absolutely no complaints here though. It's worked awesomely protecting the insulating tub cover all this time. I'm about to buy another one.. And my teal $400 insulating vinyl tub cover still looks like new.........................My review three years ago..October 2010....Well constructed. Looks nice. Good hot tub cover cover'er ...I bought this to cover my hot tub (along with the existing insulated cover) and it's PERFECT. This one covers about halfway down all four sides to the floor. Because it's a heavy material it throws nicely over the top rather than fighting it like a giant shower-cap. The oval shape fits fine too.The alternatives were from $60 to $80, and although they have elastic around the perimeter (to keep it snug around the tub), they were constructed to drop only about 6 inches down the sides. Yes, the idea is to just preserve the expensive insulating tub cover but why not have more coverage.

Terrible durability
I’d give it a zero if I could. The description literally says it doesn’t tear in cold weather. Well, see the photos. Not much else to say, it’s useless now.
