I got this without a stand. It arrived quickly. It comes folded inside the storage bag.The fabric is light weight, soft, like cotton, and not itchy. Not exactly like heavy weight canvas, but more like a kind of light blanket. I think it should wash ok with all the strings tied in, and cold water wash. I'm not sure about the shrinkage, this looks to be made of cotton, which can shrink, I would dry on a low setting or hang to dry.The colors are vibrant. It appears to be strong. And it's a good size. My husband is large and weighs 275 lbs, and this was able to hold him. I honestly can't say at this point how long it will last with that kind of weight if it's used a lot. It gets stretched pretty tight. So I do question it's durability on that. Chances are that he won't be using it as much as other people in our home will.It's very comfortable. I could easily fall asleep in it. And everybody likes it.We attached it to the poles on our patio.We used eye hooks and carabiner hooks/clips that specified certain heavy weight limits. We tied the ropes securely onto the clips, so it can easily be removed and stored when it's not in use.Overall we are happy with it.I got this at hardly a discount, for the exchange of my review.As of yet, I have not had any problems or needs to contact the seller. The product came swiftly and packaged adequately. I don't know why I didn't buy a hammock sooner. No more lounging in bed and reading for me, not during nice weather! I wasn't sure whether this would work for me, as I have a very small balcony (6 or 7 feet long only!) and hammocks often require a lot more space between the endpoints. It does almost touch the ground when I'm sitting/reclining, but not quite, and that's certainly a problem with my porch, not this hammock! For those wondering about a similar situation, you don't need to buy anything additional for use in a balcony. The hammock comes with some ties attached, though they are pretty short for attaching to, say, trees. They should work well for indoor use (assuming you have places to hang the ends of the hammock relatively close together), or for a small balcony. I very much doubt they would be wide enough to encompass most trees.The material seems very sturdy, and I have no fear that it'll break and drop me to the ground. While certainly very wide, I'm not sure I can envision a proper "2 person" hammock. It's definitely wide enough for two people to lay side by side, but they had better not mind being awfully close together, due to the way the hammock bunches towards the center. I don't think further width would improve this at all, but I'm not sure it's exactly comfortable for 2 people to use together. I use it by myself, and the extra width is nice for stretching out. This hammock is incredibly comfortable. I wouldn't say the material is at all soft (it's a rather coarse fabric, much like canvas), but the design and shape of the hammock are extremely nice. I've found the hammock difficult to get out of ... but not because of the design. It's just too comfortable to leave! For the current price of $18, this is a steal. It's the best ~$20 I've spent in a long time.

So I have to admit, I love this hammock way more than I thought I would. I thought the fabric was going to be scratchy, due to the low price, but it wasn't at all, it was actually quite soft and comfy. The material is comparable to that of a soft Mexican blanket. In fact, I actually like it better than the parachute hammock that we also have.This hammock can fit both me and one of my kiddos in it comfortably and I don't feel like it is going to break under my/our weight. We added carabiners and tree straps to make it easier to set up quickly (it only comes with ropes). It is pretty lite for the quality and rolls up and fits in the bag easily. And it's beautiful! We can't wait to try this out when we are hanging out at the lake or when we go camping. We are lovin this hammock and think it is actually under priced at $19.99. Es una hamaca muy resistente, con buena calidad y cómoda

Era para un regalo y les ha gustado mucho. La tela es fuerte y bonita, y la hamaca es grande y resistente. Compré también los enganches aparte y en cinco minutos ya estaban disfrutando de ella.

Fue un regalo y gustó por original. Lo tenemos reservado para días buenos y cuando estamos para usarlo en el campo para que no se dañe con la intemperie el resto de los días que no hay nadie para tumbarse

J'adore ce hamac. Cependant, il est venu avec un défaut de fabrication. Une des cordes n'est pas rattachée au nœud principal donc j'ai dû couper la boucle et la repasser dans la toile. A part ça, c'est vraiment l'achat de cet été. J'y suis tout le temps. Notez que le hamac est indiqué pour deux personnes mais c'est plutôt un "queen" que "king size". Il ne faut quand même pas être trop grand/gros pour s'y tenir à deux.
