We have 4 dachshunds. Lee-ah, & Lizzy 7 & 8 y.o. Females that have developed back issues, and Assa 6 y.o female , & Olaf male is just 2 y,o . Which we don’t want to get back issues. So we bought this small 2 step stair stool to help them get up & down off the sectional sofa on our lanai bc we spend a lot of time out there and they all 4 just use this stair step stool with ease , and so we just love this. we doggie parents no longer have to worry about more back issues progressing or developing in the 2 youngest dachshunds. This was so easy to assemble. Took 6 Minutes to snap it together. Easy to move around. And to take with us when we travel. Dogs use it as well to get into our 2019 highlander. Very sturdy. Easy to clean. We also have the 5 stair case in grey for our bed. Our dogs just love these and so do we! We highly recommend this!

7/21/21 UPDATE: It only took a few days for this to fall apart a couple times. Not safe. Purchased becuz of the low price. Great for small breeds and cats that need the little extra help on to the couch. Like 10 pounds MAX. Purchased for 50 pound pup. When he used it I could see the steps falling apart. My 60 pound english bulldog could easily break this with her weight with use. The steps have a bit of a slant which i thought would be helpful not sure if it is or adds to the instability. Just don't want either of them to hurt themselves so may use it where it will get little use maybe even glue it together as all the pieces just snap together and off very easily. Its attractive piece for being all plastic.

Not very sturdy so I put a hand weight to hold it down. My dog is about 13lbs so don’t purchase if your dog is much heavier. It was however easy to assemble and serves the purpose. My dog quickly began using it.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this product because it was the perfect height for my cats LitterRobot. He weights 16lbs and doesn't seem to like stepping down onto the little step that comes with it, he would just throw himself out. I purchased an aftermarket shield to help but he would still jump out. The steps that you can buy separate from the LR would also be down lower. So I looked online for something that was about the same height as the opening. Was easy to put together, despite there being a missing dowel (shout-out to the customer service department for helping me out with that) and now that my cat realized that he can just step on that to get out I'm no longer worried that he is gonna damage the LitterRobot by jumping out like some kind of kangaroo/jaguar hybrid.

I bought these for my English Bulldog puppy. She was 6lbs and they worked very well. She grew very quickly (currently 8mos 40lbs) She is a heavy girl and if you are familiar with bulldogs they are built like tanks that run and jump at lightning speed. As she grew heavier and would run up the steps they would often collapse under her weight. We were consistently putting them back together and she became paranoid about using them. I ordered another step that was very sturdy and made of wood by Mewang here on Amazon. She flat out refuses to use them. I've sent two different versions back and we are stuck with the scary steps. These steps are good for bullies because they are wide and have an ample platform for her broad chest and shoulders. We reinforced the steps with wood and hardware and they hold up much better. Overall it's a good product that would be great if the reinforcement was addressed by the manufacturer.

Easy to assemble. well built. washable non slip step covers. reasonably priced. My 21 year old arthritic cat can now reach His favorite napping location with out straining .Has two steps spaced just about right. winds up actually being three steps with the last step being the one from the top step to the love seat. His condition has worsened where he needed more than the low single step we had set up for Him. I kept the box. when He passes steps can be disassembled and stored for the future when any of our other four cats need it. " I hope Not" VERY PLEASED with the product Gives cat a sense of mobility that is fading rapidly. The steps are slanted which I had reservations about at first. but cat has no problems and they seem better than a flat step.

The steps are terrible, they constantly break, several times my Yorkie fell and was injured by parts of the collapsed steps. I had to add glue to the holes so that the steps wouldn't constantly come off. Also, the angle of descent is not very convenient for a dog. I really don't recommend this product

This was great for my little guy... I was able to get him right up the steps. However, I actually got it for my old girl. She is skiddish about it. But I didn't put a lot of emphasis on training her to it. I suppose she might get used to it. It is tall enough to get up to my chair/sofa... but not near tall enough to help her onto the bed. I'd have to come up with an alternate idea or addition to make that work.

Love these, just a nice size, easy to keep clean and I put these together in 5 minutes
