I am in the fitness profession. I use this band 5 times a week. I recommended it to all my clients because it is durable and the cushion handles help my clients with their grip.

Tribe Resistance bands arrived as described and delivery was quick. Tribe has one of the best customer service teams ever with great communications. Tribe Fitness stands 100% behind their product. Tribe quickly resolved a minor issue with one of the bands. The black single resistance band is being used in my exercise class and is able to replicate my physical therapy exercises at home. I have already ordered an additional single resistance band to keep in my car trunk for exercise class and one for home use and travel. I also recommend Tribe's 11 piece resistance band set which I use for additional flexibility in providing a total body workout. I have found the Tribe resistance band set is able to replicate most exercises in gyms using weights and expensive equipment. It’s like having the ultimate home gym in a bag and is completely portable when traveling. I have tried other more expensive resistance bands that I felt were inferior to Tribe’s in quality and workmanship. I would highly recommend Tribe Resistance Bands.

The resistance band looks like it is well put together. I have just received it, so I haven't used it yet, but it looks like it will work well with my workouts. I wish it had some instructions as to what to do with the door anchor that was included, but I will do some research and figure it out. Anyway, it took awhile to get the item, but that was not TRIBE's fault. By the way, their customer service is outstanding. I communicated with them about the delivery of this item several times, and even though they had no control over when it would be delivered, they tried to help and got back to me very quickly when I asked them a question. I appreciated their willingness to help.

I was not sure of what resistance to start with as I do a lot of yoga and am mixing in some strength training. Got the 15 lb and it seems like it was a good place to start, although I feel I will go up to 20 lb in a short time. When I got the email from Tribe to register and clicked on print and found I was printing a manual, would have printed page one and then printed the rest to a PDF if I had realized that. Good quality product with lifetime warranty.

Arrived in a short amount of time. Looked as pictured and had all parts as discribed. It works perfect for my height and provides the resistance required for the specific workouts. Compact.

This band is perfect for me to strengthen my rotator cuff and do basic exercises. It is lightweight and gives the right amount of resistance I need. I will be using it more for upper body since I'm not sure if it will break if I step on it repeatedly for lower body. It is true that this product does not come with an Ultimate fitness guide for resistance training e-book. I doubt I'll have any need of the door handle that it does come withI had to contact the seller to get some workout illustrations. It would be nice if they made the next size 10 pounds rather than 15 since that resistance is bit too much for me to handle. However, it will satisfy my needs for the upper body workouts I plan to do with it.

I am a 67 yr, old female that needed help with upper core strength and in the wrists and arms, My son suggested trying these instead of spending too much cash on equipment (rowing machine, etc.) I tried them out as soon as they arrived, and couldn't believe how out of shape I am. I started out slow, but am up to 3 times per day at 30 repetitions each, and I CAN SEE RESULTS!! I have had these 2 weeks! I am very pleased!
