I have taken this product as directed for awhile, I lost 10 pounds and have kept it off for 2 years. I like this product for how it makes my stomach feel. I seldom have bloat or discomfort, and always regular now. I will continue to take this.

The claims the internet said it would do hasn't proven to be what it does for me. I was skeptical and should have saved my money.

Pure health premium with svetol. I have been taking it for almost two weeks and have lost 8lbs. I am a "light weight" and only need to take half of the recommended dose.You can find this at Wal-Mart in the pharmacy area hanging on the end of an isle in its own display. It only cost $11.98 for 30 there.. they have more than one type of the same brand in the same type of display. The one that does not contain svetol looks the same but is only $9.98. It also works..but not near as well.
