Charles River Apparel Women's Camden Crew Neck Sweatshirt

Love that this is cotton! Brushed, stonewashed glorious cotton! Such a beautiful color. I knew it was supposed to be oversized, but I bought 2x anyway because cotton shrinks. I like to layer up in the winter and wear another long sleeve or with a t-shirt under. after washing and drying it is just perfect. I love that it covers my backside and the sleeves are offset from the shoulder. It seems extremely well-made. Not bulky but not too light either, just a nice ribbed pattern. I bought the denim from another place and it was embroidered with my initials, they didn't have this color at the time, so glad I found it here.

This is my 6th sweatshirt like this. I love the texture and stretch of this item. It’s perfect year around as is provides warmth but is still breathable. The fit is true to size, but if you’re looking for an oversized look to go with leggings I recommend sizing up.

This is a ‘pricey’ item to purchase, for me, but well worth the money. It is well made, comfortable and warm! Exactly what I was looking for.

I have a skin condition, and during flares, 100% cotton is the most comfortable, non-irritating fabric. This very expensive, 100% cotton sweatshirt is very irritating to my skin. I question whether it really is 100% cotton (as it says on the tag), or perhaps chemicals were added that are skin irritants. Several years ago, I purchased a number of Charles River Apparel cardigan sweaters that were 100% cotton. (They are still available on Amazon). They are incredible - tagless, soft cotton. They have held up for many, many washings, and they still look reasonable new. This sweatshirt was quite a disappointment in comparison.

I had one of these with a sorority logo on it from college and decided to purchase a plain one to replace it. These do run large, but I knew that beforehand and expected it. Do not buy if you are looking for a form fitting sweatshirt - these are meant to be oversized. Get 1-2 sizes smaller than your standard t-shirt size and it will be the perfect oversized crewneck that gets softer every time you wash it. I promise this is going to be your favorite cozy sweatshirt.

This sweatshirt is beautiful and comfortable, but I noticed a few snags upon opening it and it seems like every time I wash it, despite turning it inside out and ensuring I’m not washing it with anything metal, more snags are created. Aside from that, I would buy again!

This is my second review written after I have to now return even the X Small size.I am very frustrated with this company’s sizing. I have had to return the Medium (which size I normally order), the Small and now the so-called X Small! Unless you like really big, loose hanging sweatshirts, pick another seller. At first I gave this sweatshirt a 5 star rating because the product is well made, but now I am downgrading that Review to 2 stars because their sizing is so wrong.

Well love the sweatshirt - ordered 2 in Bay Blue - gorgeous! I ordered one large and 1 extra large. I usually take a xl - xxl. Kept the large its roomy enough for leggings sits at my hips. Its quite roomy in the chest and arms. Could probably wear another top in side and still have room.The reason I took one star off is the colors are different xlarge was a beautiful pastel turquoise blue with a touch of green. The large has more green. Kinda of disappointed me because I wanted that blue color. O well ill keep it its still a really beautiful color. For reference I am 5’3’ about 180 lbs with 46 bust and hips.

I love the look of this top and how it feels and was even going to buy another. However, after wearing the top for only 1 day it had lots of thread pulls. Very disappointing 🙁
