Q: Does anyone have a video of how to easily fold the tent up and put it back in the bag? I've had so much trouble trying to make that work!

I could never get in back into the original bag. It would take too much time to fold it back tiny while pressing all the air out. I just bring like a grocery bag and fold it as best I can and put it in there. Then tie the grocery bag pressing out as much air as possible to make it small. But it will never be as small as when it came from the factory.

Q: Can an adult sit in a chair comfortably inside?

Not with a typical quad folding chair. It would have to be a folding chair that is low to the ground. I'm talking like 1 or 2 inches off the ground

Q: can one person set it up

One person will be difficult to set up, but I did it on the beach. Two would be ideal!!

Q: Is this tent wind proof?

It comes with rods to stick into the sand to help hold the tent down. It also comes with interior “windows that fold up/down to prevent wind coming in and allows for privacy.
