Flush very fast with these, in 15min, lasts 30min. Hot red blotches face neck arms hands butt, somewhat uncomfortable and embarrassing. Then it's gone, cool relief. I drink with plenty of water, have after a meal, still flush, sometimes more intense than others. Flush way worse with hot coffee and spicy food. I take 4 times a day, to stay under 500mg (doctor prescribe level). Doc said statins I said no way I'll take care of it myself. Feels great coming out of the flush. My brain feels way better, cooler, sharper focus. I sleep better. Better athletic performance, less arthritis. All while improving my cholesterol. I'll take the flush.

These are okay. They are not quite flush free though. I've noticed that if I take this with a light meal I do get a flush but no flush with a heavy meal. Also it should be taken immediately after your meal if you do not want a flush. Just for your information though a flush indicates saturation of niacin and is harmless.

I was very disappointed in this product, and ultimately threw away over half the bottle! I've bought other low-flush niacin, and had little to no problem with flushing. The product description online indicates this is low flush, but that is nowhere on the bottle. In my opinion, this is deceptive, poor business practice. I experienced severe flushing, but it was not consistent, which makes me question the consistency of the active ingredients from one pill to the next. I was very consistent in how I took it - time of day, food in my stomach, etc. There were a few days I had little flushing, but most times, even after 20 or more doses, I still had significant flushing. I thought it was improving this last week, finally, then a few days ago I had a horrible experience with flushing. Within 15 minutes of taking it, I had intense stomach pain, then felt the flushing begin more intensely than ever before - I looked like I had a horrible sunburn, felt intense pressure in my head, the stomach pain, itchy/tingling skin, and felt so hot! Once the redness started to subside, I had chills for the next 30-45 minutes, very similar to a high fever. I'm frugal, was determined to get my money's worth and finish the bottle, but it has been disposed of. I will be careful to never buy this brand again!

Been taken B for quite sometime now. Wife started taking and after 4 days of taking 1 pill per day. She broke out in red blotches all over her body. Looked like she had been sunburned. I get flushed as well but just in my face.This supplement is the real deal obviously but be careful with it. Read up on what Niacin interacts with before committing to this supplement.

This is a really great product. I tried to reorder and couldn’t find it, which is a Shame
