I swear by this product. It works to lower blood sugar and I am one of the buggest skeptics. I will continue to use this product!!!

For some reason, my blood glucose levels have shot up recently. I tried various herbal supplements with little effect. Then I tried this one. It has worked to some extent. My blood sugar levels are down about 20 points. But they are still too high. So, I can say that this supplement made some noticeable improvements, but I'll still have to see a doctor to get my glucose levels down where they need to be.

I took the Plant Insulin for 4 days & experienced extreme dizziness & pounding heart. Buyer beware, Amazon will only refund if you contact supplier first. It was cheaper to buy from Amazon than the Natural Smart Health, who does guarantee 100% refund. I've wrote the company requesting a refund & included a copy my original order from Amazon. Excellent customer care by Natural Smart Health. Within hours they my full refund was issued to Amazon, then refund from Amazon to me was done. I wish the Plant Insulin had worked for me. No fault of the supplier.

I have been taking five capsules twice a day for a little over 10 days. So far it seems to be working. My blood sugar has been staying below 120 most of the time. If it does go up it does not take as long as before to come back down.Update: This is really working for me. My A1c has gone from 7 down to 6.5 in three months. I feel when I have my blood checked again in another three months it should be down more.

First, the seller/manufacturer is very customer friendly. The product shipped quickly and the seller contacted me as soon as it was delivered. They also responded to all my questions.I chose the capsule form because I thought the powder form might have a bitter taste. I have now taken a few doses and I think the powder may indeed have a bitter taste, which I am avoiding by using the capsules. If I want to try using it in a smoothie, I can always break open the capsules.One dose is 5 capsules. That is a lot, but if this works well, it will be worth the effort of swallowing the capsules. Besides, all the water I'm drinking before meals reduces my appetite.
