I went looking for natural ways to help burn belly fat while exercising, because I'm no longer comfortable with all the synthetic ingredients in most brands. When I found out ginger oil works best, I rushed to find it on Amazon.This has been working! I rub some on my stomach and wrap it before exercise. When I'm done, the heat radiating from my stomach is intense! The smell is also really nice- it smells like citronella oil, which can be strong for some, but I like it.

After an ankle sprain when I was young, I eventually developed adhesions that I have to massage every once in a while to help mobilize my ankle.This oil helped tremendously with the massage and somehow relieved pain, especially when I went over my plantar region. Now I can walk normally, straight, and pain free—even if it is just a temporary fix.The scent is a little strong but I like it.It is very refreshing to me.

This Ginger Oil with Arnica is wonderful for helping to reduce my inflammation which helps with my pain. Of course, Arnica, on it’s own would help with pain, so these two together are a great combo! I love that it comes with the pump which makes it easier for me to massage it in to where ever I need to on my body and so that I can pump it in to which ever hand I need to, right or left. Usually both of my hands end up getting pretty oily by the time I’m done, but with the pump, it doesn’t matter, because you don’t even need to pick up the bottle. When finished massaging the different parts of my body, I just rub my hands together and massage each of my fingers, as I’m starting to get arthritis in some of them, and this helps with the aching within the minute.

I like this product for moisturizing.But after using for awhile I noticed the pump wasn’t working. Well … jokes on me… the straw inside the bottle was missing. So when the liquid level went below the pump there was no straw to draw it up.They need to check the bottles before shipping.And you should check yours when you get it.

Ginger Oil is a daily part of my skin care routine, has been for years. This smells wonderful, absorbs quickly and is a must for dry skin.I like the pump but wish the bottles were bigger.It also mixed well with other oils, I have my special recipe that I concocted specifically for me........it's liquid gold!!!
