If this is 70%, then I am Ironman. Tap water has more effects than this! Don’t waste your money
The difference between this and other 70% products I had purchased previously were immediately obvious from the first use, both in consistency and lack of results. It wasn’t until I was in the midst of applying this rip off, and my phone rang with some upsetting news, which resulted me in keeping it on my face for almost an hour, with absolutely zero effects, that I was certain this is not even 0.7% let alone 70%. Don’t waste your money on this rubbish
