I’ve used this for 4 years, bought another one for business expansion
The media could not be loaded. Of all label printers I bought, this one was most reliable. It takes some time to rearrange the offset settings to get it perfect, but once I set it- I forget it (default)! Amazing print quality, and super cheap. I bought 2 for $33 each here on Amazon! This printer saved me over $15,000 just this year, since I print my own 1.1 million labels for my product instead of ordering custom labels from companies. Thank you Neflaca.Note: I use the USB wired printer. I don’t like using the Bluetooth option since you have to wait some time for it to start printing. The USB wired prints instantly when you press “print” on the computer.

Great Label Printer!
My only complaint is it was a huge pain to configure. I can imagine someone who is not tech-savvy struggling to get the printer to operate properly. But the instructions they included on a USB was very helpful and I was finally able to get the labels to print properly. TIP: When the CUPS webpage asks you for a username and password, enter the user/pass of your device to gain authorization.

Manual doesn't address smart phone Bluetooth
I needed a label printer that could be used with my smart phone using Bluetooth. That said there was absolutely NO instructions for setting up smart phone Bluetooth printing. Horrible support with one sentence email "problem solving". I tried VERY hard to get this to print and couldn't. This is why I left print quality blank. It might be a great printer for a computer hookup but if you want to print labels from your smart phone using Bluetooth stay AWAY from this printer unless you're a computer/smart phone genius.

Works exactly as expected!
This is my first thermal printer; so, while I note that the resolution is nowhere near "photo" quality, I'm only expecting it to print shipping labels. It does a great job, was an amazing price, and prints lightning fast!

Convenient and easy to use
Took a little fiddling to understand how to set it up but once it got running it was real easy to use. It’s really convenient to use and prints things pretty fast, so it saves quite a lot of time. The print quality is crisp and clean and is sturdy on the print sticker. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to print address labels, shipping labels, or even stickers or logos for their products!

Love it, mostly
Follow up…..After using a few months I have noticed I tend to have to print my labels twice. This first print usually has line on the bar code as shown in picture. I am going through labels much quicker than I’d like. This is unfortunate.I bought to use with my iPhone. It took me a while to figure out, but only because I didn’t see the separate instructions for iPhone use. Once I followed them, no issues. I do have to re-establish a blue tooth connection if time has passed between uses. Not a big deal. I love it.

I don’t know why it’s called Bluetooth.
Well I’ve now bought two diff. Netfjaca printers all because I wanted a Bluetooth label prinuer so I could easily send my labels to it and print. Easy. Well it’s not. This is the same tbint as the regular one that’s not Bluetooth. This one is not Bluetooth either. Don’t fall for the scam. Same exact thing word a diff number on tne bottom that’s all. Bluetooth uou should be able to go toBluetooth , turn it on and find the device !! No ?? Yes. Well this is no where ti be found in the list. Save your money If you happy with a prinuer tnat isn’t Bluetooth tben it works wonderful but not what I wanted at all. Very very unhappy I wasted more time and money ordering again the same thing I already had. Like don’t call something Bluetooth if it I don’t or you have to download some dumb app. Oh and by the way it says scan here or download this app called yes something or another we’ll the app they tell you to download … it don’t even exist. Maybe I’m china but not here that’s for sure. What a waste. I’m more then aggravated right now
