Hillman840854 3" Black and Silver Reflective Poly-Film Adhesive Hyphen

I used these numbers to mark my house number on my expensive garbage can. The can is a 100 gallon unit about four feet tall. These stickers are just the right size without being garishly large or unreadable from the road. They adhere well to the plastic with no peeling at the corners or substantial bubbling. The sticker is quite thick and durable, with an excellent contrast between the black numeral and the reflective background. Definitely recommended if you want something visible at a distance.

These are pretty standard mailbox numbers and they do a decent job. They are visible during daylight very well and are reflective at night. I'd prefer more reflective. On my mailbox the black numbers faded a bit after a year and after two years roughly 30-50% of the number faded away. That said - they are cheap, effective, adhere well, and I would buy them again.

Believe it or not it was hard me to find numbers that the whole rectangle went on my mailbox because I don't want to do any measuring, aligning. These are easy, just get the first one right and the others fall in line. I was a little short of space so I just overlapped a little with previous number and it looked fine.

This only functions as a # 1 - it cannot be used for any other number otherwise it will be mistaken for a 1.
