I only gave two stars for easy to clean. I try to clean it and then I drop the head on tile floor and it no longer fits on the unit. Where can I get replacement heads. Thank yoy

As a woman nearing 60 who has suffered from the effects of off-kilter hormones and the side effects of medication for decades, I've long sought a truly effective hair remover that won't harm my very sensitive skin (having fibromyalgia doesn't help, either). Well, after trying numerous products, I've finally found one that works as well as a man's shaver! Hooray! Obviously this manufacturer realizes that some women have the misfortune of coarse hair growth, much as we hate it, and has figured out how to make a simple and effective remover that actually addresses it - in a very easy-to-use product. There are no charging stations or cords; just read the insert, add 2 AA batteries, and voila - go after those hairs that other women's hair removers won't get (because others are designed to remove "peach fuzz"..lucky is the woman who has only that to worry about!). Yes, you do need to go over the area a few times, just like the guys do when they use their rotary shavers - but I am done within a few minutes. And yes, it's not the totally close shave you get with a razor, and by the evening, there is definitely some stubble - but it's not something that anyone would notice unless they touched your chin, and short of those you are living with, who's likely to get that close these days? Plus, there are no nicks or cuts. The item does get warm within a few minutes, but it has a stronger motor that allows it to do its job, and it cools quickly and is a breeze to clean - just gently pop off the cap and either use the included brush or quickly rinse the blades. My skin was a bit sore and itchy, but I put some aloe vera on (which is suggested), and a few minutes later, it was fine. So if you are dealing with what I am, order this, buy some batteries (not included), and see how you do. I like that it comes with an extra shaving head, brush and travel case; the only thing that would make it better yet would be if it included a little cover for the head. But that's no biggie..I'm thrilled with this and hope it proves to be as durable as it is effective!

Where the power button is located, a natural grip (not only mine but I've had several friends (both male and female) try it. We all grasp picked it up off the table and started using it; shortly thereafter our thumbs had slightly moved, hit the power button, and it shut down.It's not a major problem, your just-readjust how you old it but the manufacturer should change the location of the button on the next design.I am taking Yu Beauty collagen for joint pain, one of the benefits of the other benefits is its impact on hair and nail growth. I'll use this shaver in the morning on my course skin hairs and by noon I can feel the new regrowth. I am not sure that is to this doesn't shave close enough but my skin sure feels after I do it, but I'm finding I have to carry it with me for one or two mid-day shaves ... maybe it is a combination.I did send in my warranty info through the manufacturer's address with a request if what I was provided they would acknowledge that. (I do this for any product that is not delivered directly from Amazon's warehouse and is a foreign company using Amazon's platform to sell). They have yet to acknowledge receipt and my warranty is indeed valid. So I score a ZERO STAR on customer service!

Since we're all still sheltering in place, I decided to start lasering my facial hair with the Tria 4x so shaving is mandatory. I am blonde and fair with some light brown facial hair on my upper lip and chin which is much more noticeable if I don't trim it down every morning. Annoying since this was never such a big problem until I hit my 30's, but so it goes.I tried out the "Homech" facial hair remover before using the Keenove brand but it didn't seem as sturdy and stopped working pretty soon after I bought it. This device also comes with a little cloth bag and a cleaning brush, plus and extra replacement head so quite a good value. They also did not even try to bribe me into writing this review with a $15 gift card or some such nonsense, which is something that many other companies on Amazon try to pull.I've been using this device for three weeks now, every day, to keep my upper lip and chin hair under control while I try to laser it away and I haven't yet had any irritation on my skin or in grown hairs. I try to clean the head with rubbing alcohol before I use it just in case since my skin is so acne-prone, and this has been working well.

I am sick of plucking hairs. And don't feel like using one of those eyebrow blades anymore. I get think and thick hairs on my chin and around my jaw line. So I thought this would be a good alternative. It was easy to use. However, I noticed that hairs seemed to come back faster when I used this than if I used an eyebrow blade or plucked. My skin isn't super sensitive, but I noticed I was starting to get razor bumps on my neck.I didn't want this to go to waste. So I used it for my legs. Worked out great. Not as smooth as a shave with a razor, but better than letting the world see my hairy legs. I used it on my bikini line. This was great too. Then I used it on my underarms... I guess they are more sensitive than I thought...? It hurt a little while I was using it. I was VERY gentle with it. I woke up the next morning and it felt like tons of micro cuts on both my underarms.While it was great for my legs and bikini line, I can't use this for what I initially intended to use it for. This is why it gets three stars.
