The seller replaced the items quickly and gave a part refund.the guitar is fantastic value for money and i would recommend it to anybody starting out as well as as seasoned guitar players. The 3/4 size is very handy and sound quality is outstanding. Build quality is first class.

Great acoustic guitar - I’ve been playing about 10 years and fancied a cheapish acoustic for just keeping around the house. Saw this one and thought it looked solid.The general sound of the guitar is really nice - bright and warm, but not too over the top. The strings that came on it already weren’t great but the included set sound much better, so I swapped them out pretty much straight away.The neck is super comfortable - feels pretty close to an electric guitar neck in terms of feel and playability. Has a satin finish rather than gloss so it’s great if you get sweaty hands when playing etc.The included accessories are all solid - the strap is really nice, capo is nice, tuner does the job, carry bag does the job also although it doesn’t provide much protection - but having all those extras is great for the price.Guitar was well set up out of the box - I haven’t had to adjust the action or anything, was very nice and playable straight away.Would definitely recommend to beginners and experienced players alike!

My daughter is having guitar lessons and this was a great starter guitar, well made and of a relatively good quality considering the price.

Amazing amazing! Bought for my husband as a gift, didn't have a clue what I was buying to be honest but hey it was a guitar! He absolutely loves it, wanted a nice acoustic to play between his electric guitar and it's perfect, comes with loads of little extras, a nice bag and the guitar looks so sleek and has a lovely sound to it..bag looks fab too, only thing is the decor on the front of the guitar comes as a sticker which you have to put on yourself, but I suppose it gives the option to have the guitar without it on..very happy husband! :-)

I've ordered quite a few Donner products lately - mostly pedals - and I've been really impressed with the quality of the products compared to what they cost. I was looking for a smaller guitar (don't like the size of full size acoustics), so thought I'd try a Donner as they have good reviews. I have just received it and again, I just can't believe how good it is for the money. First of all it's gorgeous. The wood and dark colours of the fretboard and tuning pegs are really nice. It sounds lovely - though as expected not as powerful as a full size guitar. Nice low action, no sharp fret ends, and plays really well with a fast satin neck finish. Again, very impressed! You can feel a bit of roughness on some frets when bending notes, but that should disappear quickly upon use. And cherry on top, it comes with a strap, a capo, a clip on tuner and some picks! Amazing... It also comes with a scratchplate, but I think it looks better without.

Bought this for my fiancè to learn guitar. She's petite and was struggling with my full size Sigma. Great little guitar for the price. Wasn't expecting much, but was surprised by the build quality (barring the cheap strings, which broke very quickly) and also the sound quality. It's obviously not as punch as a full size guitar, but the mids and trebles are very nice and it's an ideal beginners instrument.Comes with a nice capo and other accessories. The cheap strings let it down, but it's not a major issue.Would recommend.

Sound quality is fantastic for the price you pay, not to mention all the extras that come with it.
