I use this lunch box for my 11 year old daughter with severe autism. She's unable to open it by herself, but when it's opened she has 4 large portions of her favorite foods to choose from. If your kid is picky about their food touching, i recommend this. It comes with a utensil, but my kiddo never uses it. If i ever need another lunch box, i will repurchase this one again!My only complaint is it's difficult to open and close properly, but that is probably to make sure it's sealed tightly and securely. Only had 1 leak so far and I'm not sure if that was user error (probably was haha).

I recommend hand washing the entire bento box.I would buy again.I love these, I brought 2 for my kids to take to school. After putting them in the dishwasher the compartment would not stay closed and the food leaked out. It says dishwasher safe.

I bought this lunchbox to help me bring keto style lunches to my work. I’m not sure if it will leak from one compartment to another. It seems to do what I need to do very well. It was actually larger than I thought it would be, and held more food. The utensil compartment has to be opened when the lid is not on the container the lid for the utensil slides out after you open the container for the utensil. This design is not very good for lasting for the utensil. I wish it had a strap to hold the lunchbox, but it looks like it will hold very well with the snaps on the side. All in all, I like the lunchbox very much.

This item came new, and packaged wonderfully! Also very fast shipping, I was in a crunch to find my grandson a "lunchkit" for his first year starting school! I think this is going to be just what I was looking for. My grandson starts Pre-K and is a very picky "snacker". (I won't say eater, because he is very picky!) So I think the compartments are just the right size to put his favorites in to send to school for lunchtime! It is also a perfect size for the lunch bag I got him...fits just right with just enough room for a juice box or bottled water.The lid is also easy enough for his hands to unsnap and put back on and close, we've done a few practice runs lol He is only 4, so for him to be able to do this was also a big plus! It also seems to be very durable, it is made nicely, and I really like that it has all the different sized areas to fill with a variety of food. The lid also has a rubber seal that fits each compartment separately so that it creates a seal on each individual area! Which is great because I don't have to worry about leaking etc. It also has a compartment on the lid and comes with a spork utensil to eat with, but I removed this though as my grandson eats with his hands basically lol. My grandson and I are both very happy with it! Thank you for selling such a wonderful product, and for fulfilling my expectations...I am very happy with this product!

My son is starting pre-k and I’ve wanted to get him a bento lunch box however of the ones I came were a little pricey. This one was a great price and exactly what I expected. Compartment sizes are perfect. The only con is it’s a little hard my 4 year old to open but perfect otherwise.

I was soo excited to receive this and use it for my 9 year old. It is really hard to open, it’s not leak proof but it does hold a good amount of food for my son. Today he came home and told me he struggled to open it and that the plastic tab snapped. I wish there was a better and more easier way so that a child is able to open it without the struggle. I’m going to ask for a replacement in which hopefully they approve. What I love is that I can easily put fruits and veggies in separate compartments and the bigger one fits a mini sub!UPDATE*** the company went above and beyond in replacing the item. They responded quickly and without hesitation sent a replacement which I really appreciate! I look forward to ordering again from this business. Thank you!

Bento lunchboxes is great for anybody that would like to take lunch to work with them I use this daily just so controls your portion size it is leakproof very easy to clean great price highly recommend if anybody’s looking for a very nice quality lunchbox to control their portions

I loved the color !! Washed it many times and it didn't tint or wash out.It did warp a tiny bit though the three months I used it at my job. It became harder to close but still closed!!It is very hard to open to use my spork! That's one of the first things I noticed. The portions were alright but I enjoy a larger portion that average consumer of this product so that's ok.Overall enjoyed my bento box and it functioned great for transportation or cooking in a microwave.
