Good stove top pizza oven
The quality is very good stainless steel, the stone is a good quality stone.I bought this as an alternative to my outdoor pizza oven, not much fun in winter.Placed the unit (excluding thermometer) in the oven to allow for any curing required, left it an hour.I was intending to use it on my wood burner, but after standing in front of it at full pelt and one good pizza, I moved it to the gas hob and cooked another 8.The gas hob has a fan above to extract any smoke.I had very little smoke, the key with Pizza ovens is not to allow any food on the dough within half an inch of the edge.Though a good positioned fan will help with any of these types of ovens.The pizzas that can be cooked in the oven are a good size.The quality of the pizzas at 225-250 oc was on a par with my wood fired outdoor oven.I can recommend this oven as a good quality oven.

Took about an hour to heat up to correct temperature ( according to instructions) and then burnt everything to a sinder....

Praktisch, aber es dauert lange, ca. 25 Min bis es auf 300 Grad steigt,
Praktisch, aber es dauert lange, bis es auf 300 Grad steigt, wenn man vorher eine Tür baut oder ein Backblech davorsteht. Max. erreichte Temperatur in der Küche bei einem 5kw Gasherd: 330 Grad. Pizzastein dann sehr heiß, Boden verbrennt schnell, 3 Min wäre zu lange, Oberseite Pizza mässiger Gesamteindruck. Ich bin immer in meiner Familie noch nicht von Lucas zu Lucca geworden. Man gewährt mir noch Übungszeit!Keine praktischen Tips vom Lieferanten.

Alla fine non raggiunge mai la temperatura come da istruzioni , la pizza viene sempre cruda come si dice dalle mia parti “ è bella ma non balla”

Pratique mais ils faut longtemps pour qu'il monte à 300 degrés et pourtant j'ai fabriquer une porte pour garder la chaleur à l'intérieur
