Therei no pillow included When blanket inside pouch then you might use it as a pillow...maybe...i dont know ....very disappointed

Perfect for traveling
I bought it to use it on my flights since I always like to cover my entire body with blankets. it was compact and lightweight- but perfectly warm for a long flight. No lints came out even after multiple washes- and it's so soft that I am actually using it on my couch right now!
