Product description showed 15 days returnable. Item delivered was open box, used completely with dust particles on the hot bag, plug incompatible to use in Dubai

Bottle Got Leaked before Even First Use
The bottle got leaked, even before its first use. Unfortunately return window was already closed. After 1 month of purchase, i took it out to use but it was already leaked in the cupboard making my other stuff too wet. I have the damaged piece with me as an evidence.

Very poor quality, the bag bursted while it was charging
The hot bag bursted while it was charging and the plastic valve came out and all the hot water like liquid along with it. Luckily no one got hurt but this could have been a disaster.
