It's a very good product for knee pain as well as to the other pain also and very effective too.

Bad Gond
Awful product. Listing said it's in softgel capsule form but it's hard big chunks. I crushed it but it had become very sticky lumps. Difficult to consume ? Waste of money. The one I brought from another company was soft to break into small pieces, with fingers.

It do sticky, have to struggle everytime to have the dose. I don't know it is real one or something else. After making powder after a few years it became solid again. Don't buy this product.
