These magnets were significantly weaker than others I have used, including 2mm N52 magnets, where these are 3mm. Also fairly brittle. Would not recommend.

great little magnets for holding stuff. the pic is of the smallest size, 5/16", holding up a bottle opener on the fridge. drilled to size and GENTLY pressed in. I shattered two, trying to get them in.would be good for holding wrenches or sockets, kitchen knives, or other similar sized items and hold them tight.for the price, I am very pleased and am about to go buy a few more. wish I'd have purchased the 150 piece for $3 more. not sure why I didn't.

These magnets are super powerful! If you are elderly and have crippled up hands due to arthritis, don't buy these, you'll never pull them apart or off of the metal you attach them to! Lol! I replaced my transmission oil pan and used these magnets instead of the weak ones that came from the factory on the inside of the pan to collect any floating steel shavings. Works great! I also put 4 of them on my oil filter for the same reason. Just have to remember to remove them when you change your oil. My Transmission works great now with 160,000 miles! Highly recommend! Oh, and when your kids bring home a drawing with macaroni glued to it to put on the fridge, no matter the weight of it, these suckers will hold it tight!

All magnets have north and south poles. Opposite poles are attracted to each other, while the same poles repel each other. When you rub a piece of iron along a magnet, the north-seeking poles of the atoms in the iron line up in the same direction. The force generated by the aligned atoms creates a magnetic field.

Magnets are very strong. Probably not ideal for standard refrigerator use given they are so strong it makes them difficult to pull apart from each other and/or lift from a surface- but for other use, product is great.

The magnets are very weak. The larger magnets barely held together. Tried to use them to attach a costume together and it fell apart.

Don’t hesitate on buying these. I bought them to mount my window blind valance trim piece to the metal housing. Worked beautifully.

These are labeled as rare Earth magnets and therefore should be very powerful. They are not and I needed them to be.
