Got this box for the sake of a compact lunch box to fit into my bag for work.Pros: compact, easy to stack, washable, can adjust how much you want to use a divider inside the box for your portions, has utensils that won't need to be brought separately outside the box.Cons: Requires a band to keep the Bento boxes together, lid for storing utensils is not fixed to the top lid of the box which makes it easier for utensils to drop out of its storage if you're not careful with opening the lid or secure it with the band.

Very handy and useful. I love the chopsticks and utensils included. Very beautiful color and good portions. Unsure about leaks. There is an elastic band to put the bentos together but what if the band loses elasticity? Still a gorgeous bento to use and has been my favorite. Just not a fan of the band.

I think overall this is a decent product. The size is decent. I’d say it’s more for a kids lunch. If you are an adult I’d recommend the umami xl bento box. My only other complaint is my top lid for the cutlery has a bow in it so it rocks back and forth. And my cutlery slides out due to the bow being larger.

I think it’s a great size and will serve my purposes but if I can’t hold it together it doesn’t really work. The link for support doesn’t work and the only place to contact the company is on social media. I’m returning for a new one through Amazon because that seems to be the only thing I can do. Probably faster anyways.It looks like it won’t really be leak proof but I don’t plan on putting soup in it. You should probably make sure you have an easily cleaned lunch box if you try liquids.Not super impressed with them and the website feels like a shell corporation.Edit: did an exchange through Amazon that was really fast. The new box that came is more obviously new. As opposed to the first box it was wrapped in tissue paper and came with a card insert, the first one was obviously a return from someone else. Feels like an Amazon problem. Changing my score. Also the company does respond to reviews and social media messages and we’re very helpful.
