This is an excellent, compact air fryer that's very easy to use, takes up less counter space than most air fryers I've seen, and is also easy to clean. I usually use air fryer liners with it, but, when I've run out of those, it's easy to clean. It's also dishwasher safe, and I think that does a better job than I can do, but it's really not necessary because the fryer compartment is made of nonstick materials and is easy to clean.We love to cook chicken and french fries in ours, and we use it for just about everything now. The air fryer measures 16.3"D x 14.7"W x 14.3"H, and you can fry a 5- to 6-pound chicken in it. We've done it, and it was delicious. It makes wonderful, crispy french fries, and so far I haven't found anything it doesn't do well.This 1700-watt high-power air fryer cooks much faster than a conventional oven. It comes with an instruction book with recipes, and it's made of stainless steel, which is sturdier and more durable than plastic. The air fryer has several safety features, including an auto-pause feature when the fryer pot is removed suddenly, auto shut-off to prevent overcooking, and the cool-touch handle prevents burns.I love kitchen gadgets and appliances, but normally I get tired of them taking up counter space, which I don't have much of, or I realize I never needed them in the first place, and I box them up and take them to the storage room. This air fryer is different, though. I use this nearly every night, and we love everything we've made in this so far. It's sturdy, substantial, and stable, so I don't worry about accidents.Excellent product, a very well made stainless steel air fryer that holds 5.8 quarts or 5.5 liters, which is more than we need in our small family. The frying compartment is nonstick and is very easy to clean, and it's also dishwasher safe. I usually use paper liners with mine, but it's not necessary. This makes excellent food, especially chicken and french fries, and I have yet to cook anything in this that we didn't enjoy. I have a Labrador, and now he only needs to hear me pull the air fryer toward me on the counter before he rushes into the kitchen to protect me and clean up in case I drop something. I don't blame him.This is an excellent product in a great size and is a wonderful new way to cook - with little to no oil, while you still cook your favorite fried foods. We even baked a cake in ours last summer, and it turned out great. I've tried several air fryers, and this one takes the cake.......bad pun. Excellent product that I highly recommend to any size families.

I was excited about getting an air fryer large enough to feed the whole family. First of all, this fryer came packaged really well. It came in a box with some styrofoam, packaged in a larger box. All looked good; I love the chrome and black coloring. The fryer came with a manual and a small cookbooklet. You can even make brownies with this thing!!The manual is clearly written in understandable English. No strange sentences of which you have to extricate their meaning. For the first use and according to the instructions, I removed all packaging and washed the pan and basket. Initially the button to remove the basket from the pan was a bit confusing: there is a clear plastic cover over the button, so that you don't accidentally remove the basket from the pan. Just slide it forward and it will allow you to push it down and release it from the pan. Well thought out, but a bit confusing initially.The basket is amazing: large enough to fit a whole bag of sweet potato fries with ease. The fryer is easy to operate. There are two dials on the front; one for time and one for temperature. While the instructions on the bag of fries stated a temperature of 425, the air fryer only goes up to 400, so that is where we started.And it tripped the breaker in the kitchen! All the power went out, so, we reduced the heat of the fryer and tried again. We ended up having to reset our power breaker 4 times (no kidding), because apparently the requirements of this air fryer are for 1700amps, which was too much for that circuit.That said, the fries came out AMAZING! But it's a toss up how often we will be using it. Perhaps with some additional experimenting it will become clear how high to set the temperature, and not use any other appliance that might increase the load too much!

This size can cook a lot of food at one time, I like to use it to grill salmon and vegetables for my family, the shape is beautiful, but there is no LCD screen, the temperature and time of cooking need to be adjusted manually, and the cooker needs to be relatively knowledgeable about cooking.
