I don’t understand the bad reviews- this product is so cute! It is loud and you cannot turn down the volume but that doesn’t bother us at all. If you are the type of parent who doesn’t like kids toys that make noise- this crab will not be the product you want. It’s made to entertain and keep your child’s attention and does a great job doing so. There are also sensors on it so it doesn’t run into walls and furniture and it’ll travel around the room all on its own. 10/10 recommend. Our 3 year old enjoys it too and thinks it is the funniest thing.

I bought this little crab as a way to keep my baby entertained and to help with his development during his first few months of life. These have been my impressions so far:Price: pretty reasonable price. The toy did not break the bank, and while I saw other options with lower prices, the higher rating from people made me decide to go for this particular choice.Material: all-plastic construction. The plastic does feel flimsy in some parts of the toy, but then again, considering the price, costs has to be cut somewhere.Visual appeal: this is definitely a toy that will catch the attention of your little one. They are made for babies, after all, and they "look at me" factor is definitely built into this toy.Downsides: This toy is endlessly annoying for adults, at least it is for me, and the only reason I keep it is because my baby is fascinated with it.For whatever reason, this toy comes with its own charging input instead of micro USB or USB C. If you lose the cable, you will have no way of charging the toy. The toy itself loses charge pretty quickly, and takes a long time to recharge. The legs tangle easily. One more thing, there is no control for the volume. It will ALWAYS play at high volume as soon as you turn it on, and that is it. The only way to control the music is to turn the toy itself off.

Just received yesterday. My 3 month old is very interested as it moves around. My toddler loves running around with it. Cute and fun toy. Only thing I would change/critic is having an option to turn the noise down or off. It’s very loud!

The media could not be loaded.  My 4 month old enjoys watching this crab, but his 3 year old brother absolutely loves playing with it! I was shocked at how powerful the crab legs are, and how easy it moves along carpet. It doesn’t go from carpet to hardwood floor well at all, though. I personally like how when it bumps into something, it automatically goes in the other direction, instead of getting stuck there. The song it plays is kind of loud, but you definitely won’t lose it when it is playing. I also like that it is rechargeable, so I do not have to change out batteries. Definitely recommend for kids or pets.

The toy immediately caught my 6 month olds attention when doing tummy time. I really wish it just went side to side instead of all crazy cause it gets stuck in my carpet and I have to keep it in the kitchen. It's LOUD to the point it drowns out any other sound and it cannot be adjusted. For the price it's ok, just would be cooler if it could have the volume adjusted.

I bought this for my grandson, who is 1 year old. I was surprised at the sophistication of this toy. It has a sensor on it that can detect objects on the floor. When it's scooting around on the floor and detects an object, it quickly adjusts and changes direction. This works best on smooth surfaces, but will also "go" on carpeted floors, although not as quickly on the carpet. It has fun music that plays when it's turned on. My dogs loved it too. It kept them on their toes. The older kids and adults all laughed and got a kick out of this clever crab.

Love this - super fun - BUT wish it had a volume control. And watch you Little’s don’t pick it up and put on their head… in the 2 seconds it took like to pick it up before I could even say not on your head it sucked her hair in. We got it out without any crazy haircuts but thought I should share!! Would be better if they had guards over the inside gears/rotating pieces.
