I knew that Turmeric is an anti-oxidant and wanted to give it a try. I train often and my body is not getting any younger, so I was in search of an anti-inflammatory too. I added a little to my flavored water in the morning, it mixed well and tasted fine. Soon after I felt that I had an energy boost, I was more alert and less drowsy. I also noticed that I was sharper and more focused with whatever I was doing. Surprised how my body immediately was affected by it. I didn't realize how potent it would be and had to look up all the benefits. Found out it builds muscle, speeds up healing, improves blood flow, reduces stress, sharpens the brain, improves focus - everything that I need! Will surely be taking a dose of it on a daily basis. Highly recommend this product.

I add Tumeric to my drinks for my health condition.This one is super fresh, potent & tastes great I wonder if its real... it def. tastes authentic... I just wish it came in a bigger quantity for your money.

The reviews I read had lots of hype about this product. Ok. It tastes good. Smells great. Bag is big but 1/3 full.

This brand is good. Been using it for a while and feel it's beneficial for minor aches and pain. I stay very active so I don't go without it.

Good product

This turmeric is not one you can put in your coffee as it is very strong in spices. It is fresh and I believe it is best suited to use as a seasoning. I tried adding it to my coffee and it over pours the coffee drastically. Still looking for ways to consume it but I love how fresh it is.

I liked the price for this turmeric, but what really sold me was that they test for heavy metals. As far as I can see, all the turmerics on Amazon come from India. I've been warned that India has a big problem with heavy metal contamination. I sure don't want to mess with that while taking something for my health! Learning that Zint does testing on their organic non-GMO turmeric made the difference for me.And it's true that the seal on the bag can be iffy, so be very careful with that. It's by no means a deal breaker for me, just something to be aware of.
