I’ve only had this bear for 3 days. At first I thought this was a pretty decent product. Small but cute. The pouch that holds the picture is so poorly attached the threading was loose upon arrival and the pouch coming off the bear. The voice box stopped working on day 3. Absolutely ridiculous! How is this supposed to be a keepsake if it stops working just a few days later? Plus it’s so easy to record over the original message it gets deleted anyway after kids play it. Such a huge disappointment. Thankfully I found out what a piece of junk this is before I had grandparents record their voices for my kids.

It was cute, soft, & cuddly. The photo pocket was cheap. The voice recording was made, worked for me, and failed to work when it was opened for Christmas. I do not recommend.

Ive been purchasing from amazon for many years and this will be my first review (goes to show how disappointed i am in this product). I ordered this plush for my Godson and recorded a song he loves. It only played a couple times before it stopped working. I bought new batteries thinking that was the issue- no luck. I requested a replacement and now the same thing has happened with the replacement. Very upsetting!

It’s cute but the sound could be better

This bear was a present to a family that had recently lost a family member. It was so easy to record the voice. Hopefully this bear can give them a little piece of comfort when the see the pic & press the hand to play the voice. Also, great price!!
