I have been using this and the early results are very good. It usually takes many weeks (or even months) to fully heal plantar fasciitis but wearing this brace every night can help speed recovery and help reduce morning pain. (Just don't expect any rapid miracles.) This is an economical solution that has been working well for me.This brace has a total of 3 straps to wrap around your foot and your lower leg and it has an additional strap from the toes up to the leg, as well. All of this may look a bit overwhelming but it works! There is enough padding where you never feel the metal in this and all the straps give you a high degree of adjustment. It is comfortable enough for me to wear overnight.I've tried one like this that did not have as many straps and where the padding was so thin I could feel the metal. It was so uncomfortable I had to rip it off in the middle of the night. Not so with this one. I can wear it all night long (even without a sock) and I do feel better in the morning with it. It helps alleviate that pain in your heal when stepping on the floor first thing out of bed. So that means it is helping stretch things out which will help aid recovery.Frankly speaking, I didn't care for the included massage ball, inserts, socks, or even carry bag. I need the brace and, thankfully, the brace is working well. Would they consider selling a version without the extra stuff in order to save a little bit? Regardless, this is a good solution for a reasonable price.

It takes some used to it but it works. At first it was a bit difficult to put it on but that’s just because being a bit chubby and trying to put this on a hurting foot, it’s a battle. However, you can start feeling some relief. Just keep resting, using it, and follow doctor’s orders and you’ll feel better in no time. Product is worth it.
