Even though it is a bit hard for me to use as I am not that athletic and weigh 180Lb I love how fun it is to use. Not as useful as I thought it would be
I do stretching exercises and like Pilates, so I thought this would good for stretching too! It’s not convenient to use, used it and didn’t like it at all !
