Good quality but I didn't like it
I had ice cream in Australia made from purple fleshed sweet potatoes and it was delicious. Although this is a good quality product I didn't like the taste. It had to be reconstituted with water as simply adding it sprinkled over food makes it gritty and inedible. I made pancakes in the end with cinammon added, but although the texture was better they weren't a total success. I think the ice cteam must have had sonething else in it too.
