Great way to get beefy
I love my IronMind sandbag. This is a great option for people who want to do strongman, bulk up, or just increase their physical capacity but don’t want to spend a bunch of money on bs weights. Free weights and deadlifts will never feel the same after this. This is real world strength. This will make your back very strong. The bag has a high capacity and you can start small by refilling it to meet more weight demands. The material is sturdy and doesn’t bother the skin. It is okay at wicking moisture but best to not drop it in your pool or leave it outside. The color is beautiful too. I love the blue and the fabric holds it well. If you want to practice bringing your bride across the threshold, this is the best way. All in all, great bag. It will last you a long time and it will give you a great simple workout. 3 months ago I started at 74kg body weight, now I’m at 78kg. I started lifting a 60kg bag and worked my way up by 10kg increments. Start small, work your way up, practice good form, stay consistent, be patient and you will become thick like a buffalo.

Strong and durable
Great sandbag. I use it mostly for carries and lift and drops filled it with 100lbs of sand simple to set up just open put filler bag inside fill with sand zip tie which 2 are included I did duct tape over zip tie and zip tied outside and duct taped. I liked it so much I bought a second one and filled with 150lbs of sand and plenty of room for 150lbs more. Comes with a training guide I did browse through briefly kind of common knowledge stuff. I give it 5 stars across the board has my highest recommendation and for under $70.00 can’t beat it

Great bag
Greatest sandbag I have ever used, and better than making my own. Personally, I abuse all my gear, and I don’t really take care of anything. This thing gets dropped, slammed, smashed, squeezed, carried, shouldered, and occasionally thrown. I’ve had it for a few months now, and I typically keep it loaded to about 150lbs. So far it shows no signs of wear, hasn’t leaked any sand, and I don’t see any busted seems. Also of note, the material has not caused any irritation on my hands, forearms, chest or shoulders from use.

Cheap but solid.
Bought this because I wanted a training sandbag, and I'd seen this one used in the World's Strongest Man contest in the past. Filled it with 200 pounds of playground sand, and I've been using it in my weight room inside the house. It's solid as a rock, no leaks after tons of abuse and drops from height. The material is tough and actually relatively grippy for what's essentially cloth - But it will eat the chalk right off of your hands and can get a little slippy. If you're going to be doing something where you lift it for reps (cleans, shouldering, bag over bar, etc) you may want to consider some grip gloves. I'll probably eventually get another of these to fill to a different weight.

Big Blue
So I’ve waited to do a review on this since I got it a couple of months ago. I have used this bag extensively over the past couple months, so I think I can give it an honest review. The outer blue bag itself is rugged and durable. I’ve picked this thing up and slammed it MANY times. The blue bag shows no sign of wear and is standing up to my abuse very well (as expected). I do like that you can add and subtract filler bags to adjust the weight of the sandbag. This comes in handy since some exercises require different weight than others.I only gave the bag 4 stars instead of 5, because of the inner bags, or fillers. The filler bags are pretty crappy. They’re basically the same as the sandbags we would use to make bunkers in the Army. They’re oversized, and they leak. Also, after using this bag for a couple of months, one of the inner fillers broke inside of the outer blue bag. As you can imagine, this made quite a mess. I used Gorilla Tape to reinforce the bottom of the current filler bags that I still have. If you buy this sandbag I recommend that you double up the fillers and reinforce the bottoms with Gorilla Tape. More filler bags can be bought off of the Iron minded web site.Don’t get me wrong, this is a good sandbag and a good addition to any home gym, so I don’t recommend against buying it. But I do think the company could do a much better job designing better filler bags. Hope this helps anyone on the fence about this.

Great Investment
You might think $69 is a lot for a simple bag but its worth it. Its built to last (you'll prob never buy another) and its really designed for holding the inner sand bags. I've filled mine up with 100lbs (can hold up to 300) of sand and trust me this thing will work you, its a great change up from the usual weight routine. The book, well dont expect too much. It gives you basically all the motions you would normally do with free weights but with a sandbag. It does throw in some routines in the end but nothing fancy. You could purchase direct but Ironmind shipping is so expensive and this is the best deal you can get.

just like its name says
This IronMind sandbag is incredible. It's tough, just like its name says, but it's far more versatile than you might think. Sure other sandbag makers talk about the value of having handles on them, but in my experience those don't really matter. This bag does everything you need a sandbag to do. Instead of putting sand in a liner bag and putting it inside the main bag, I filled small baggies up with a pound of sand each, duct tapped them closed and then toss them into the IronMind sandbag. It's quick to adjust and still maintains a lot of that sandbag instability. Great product. Tough work out if you really do it like you should.

Great sandbag
The bag was built as well as I hoped. It's a similar material as modern military back packs. The inner collar was and unexpected nice touch. The bag is great all around. After a few workouts I did ditch the inner bags. They were okay but the sand I was using was pretty damp and was soaking through to the main bag. I figured this probably ideal for the longevity of the bag. I've since changed to a double layer of contractor trash bags. I have been very happy with the outcome. 42 gallon size bags fit well.
