this stuff is amazing very good take one 30 min before workout and go like a steam train very good I will be getting more and tellong my gym mates to do likewise

On my 2nd batch of these and I think they're great for that extra motivation and energy boost in the gym. Come in big white tablets, instructions say to take 2 tabs half hour before workout, but I find 1 is enough. I only take 2 if I'm planning on a mega sesh, so there's potentially enough for 60 workouts, so great value if you compare to pre workout drinks which offer around 30 seshs for nearly double the price. I've got into a routine of switching to olimp tablets when I've finished my batch of drink powder and variety is always good when using training supplements.What I do love about them is that they take half hour to kick in so can take them well before the gym and there's a convenience element with tablets that you don't get with drinks. Would say they don't offer as much of a noticeable boost as a drink, the effects are more subtle but they definitely keep you motivated and focused. The fact they're more subtle is a definite plus if I do a late workout where a booster drink could be risky for getting to sleep.I always do a good workout on these. I've tried a lot of products and I'd put these as the best value pre workout boosters you can get and worth having a batch for the convenience of the tablets (keep in the glovebox). For the price you can't go wrong.

tried slot of these pre training and alertness pills now and these are the worst, no effect at all!! A cup of coffee gives more alertness never mind a can of monster or red bull. Far far better out there for cheaper these prob a knock off
