Great products that taste good. I buy them often. It's odd that none of the UK supermarkets sell them.They are all extremely low in calories, so they help achieve a healthy lifestyle, and you can pour a lot of it on your food. Yes, they contain a lot of artificial ingredients. But so does Tomato Ketchup No Added Salt and Sugar, by a popular brand. It's the same category of food.The supplier, Free From Direct, is very organized and they usually send items that have over 6 months expiry date on them. The Smokey BBQ flavor usually has a 12-month expiry date. That's convenient.My favorite flavors are: 1 - Smokey BBQ, 2 - Burger Relish, 3 - Red Thai Style Curry. Beware that some items are liquid syrups, not thick sauces. This is not clearly stated in the product descriptions.

Great that one can pick and choose flavours. Sadly they're a bit too expensive to try all and some are really bad.Chocolate - do not buy this it tastes really awful, it has a horrible aftertaste and resembles nothing like chocolate flavour. I always feel sick after trying it. Just tossed most of it out as it really made me feel ill every time I tried.Salted Caramel - a big win in our household, I haven't tried it myself as I don't like regular salted caramel but my husband enjoys this big time.Sweet chilli - I love this one, could be a bit less hot but still one of the best ones.Ketchup - nope, just nope, bad, don't bother.Cookies and Cream - a bit of a hit and miss, not the greatest.Smokey BBQ - this one is also good!Strawbery - TBCBlueberry - TBC

Liked them all except the chilli one is a as very runny with not much flavor but all the others were lovely

The chocolate one does not taste like chocolate at all it has a horrible artificial taste, the banoffee one tastes ok. But they are very thin watery syrups I just to squirt some on a spoon and it went everywhere impossible to squirt a tiny bit

I bought this product as I’m doing a Keto diet.I ordered the brown sauce, sweet chilli and bbq sauces.The sweet chilli is way too hot and too sweet, nothing remotely like a regular sauce.The brown sauce is ok but with a strange taste which is not just because of the sweeteners..I haven’t tried the bbq sauce yet.The sauces are very runny too.The ingredients don’t bear any resemblance to ‘real’ products.I would not buy these products again and wish I had done more research.

I have tried lots of products in this range and if, like me, you have a very sweet tooth, these are great for porridge or yogurt. Particularly like the maple syrup and salted caramel

Fantastic sauces and syrups. I wouldn't expect them to taste exactly like sugar-filled sauces, or be as thick, but they're a great replacement. I like the chocolate one in food, also golden syrup, sweet chilli and sweet and sour. So cool that diabetics can have these sauces. Customer service is fantastic! I got a refund after one bottle leaked during transit. Very impressed. Will definitely buy from again.

I was really expecting a lot from these, but no, they're thoroughly disappointing. I ordered curry sauce, toffee apple, maple cinnamon and vanilla and I didn't like any of them! The sweet flavours do not taste of anything and have an awful after taste, the curry sauce has a synthetic taste and is very runny. I'm totally against food waste, but after trying each of these I ended up binning them, I even tried them twice just to be sure. Such a shame, I had such high hopes and I really wanted them to taste nice. I hope they can improve the flavours at some point because the idea is brilliant. Sorry, but I really can't recommend these at all!
