I've had this now for about 6 months. It works fine, except the lid pops off each time we open it and doesn't snap into place to close. It more or less just sits on top. It does not, however, pop off during the cycle. It stays on even though it's not clicked in. Even with those drawbacks, it is very handy as it holds sippy lids/nipples, bottle tops, small toys, baby utensils, etc. It's not a perfect 5 stars, but does the job.

I don't have a kid, but bought this for reusable coffee cups. It holds a lot, and great for travel coffee mug lids, measuring spoons, anything else that flies around in the dishwasher.

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve really enjoyed using the Prince Lionhart dishwasher basket, large size. I’ve been able to wash all my canning jar lids and tops which previously I had to hand wash. It’s also great for other smaller items that also had to be hand washed before that I longed to be able to use in the dishwasher so that they could get really super sanitized and clean. The basket I wouldn’t say feels 100% like it’s never going to break so I would suggest being careful with it. I just leave it in the dishwasher and just use care when I open and close it. But yes I highly recommend it and found it to be very useful tool addition for my kitchen👍🏼.

As other reviews mention the lid is very flimsy or at least the attachment of the lid to the basket itself is not very sturdy. The left hinge always comes loose, right from the beginning. Fortunately, so far (after only three uses in dishwasher) it's not broken and I was always able to push it back in. Still I reduced the rating to four stars because of that.It fits into our dishwasher pretty well, we put it in one of the middle sections of the top rack of our dishwasher because it fits there the best. We have an older or at least cheaper dishwasher model (came with our rented apartment). In my friend's dishwasher it only fits at one place which is the space for the silverware basket on the bottom rack. They have a newer dishwasher but still no high end one. In their dishwasher the sections in the top rack are all the same size and obviously too small.Apart from that, the basket does what I wanted it for: containing the parts of my toddler's cup. We measured beforehand since our child uses a 360° magic cup from Nuk/Gerber which is relatively tall. But fortunately, the basket can still be closed when it holds the cup. It also stays closed while cleaning so no more cup parts are ending up on the floor of the dishwasher. We used to wash the cups by hand because either the parts fell on the floor or the cup tipped over and got filled with water so we had to wash it by hand afterwards anyway. Now we can wash it in the dishwasher! Yay!

It's been 4 months since my purchase and I'm still happy with this product. Some of the reviews said that the top comes off or won't close/lock properly sometimes. I finally had It happen to me but it was a simple fix. The top doesn't open all the way out. It stops at about a 45 degree angle due to the metal pieces attaching it to the basket. It took some getting used to but only opening it slightly to put items inside has prevented that. Putting larger items or too many items in the basket has caused the lid not to line up, causing it not to lock but slightly pushing them (the top and the lock part) together has fixed that issue for me everytime. It's held up very well. Very sturdy. It holds TONS of baby bottle attachments!

This box is great for washing all my small items in the dishwasher like sports bottle lids, shot glasses, straws, dipping sauce cups, cocktail forks, measuring spoons, & pretty much all small items that are dishwasher safe. The box itself is big..so big that it doesn't fit in either rack of my GE dishwasher which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I just put it on the top rack over the tines instead of between them simply cuz that's the ONLY way it fits & sits straight up. My point is that this basket doesn't fit all standard dishwashers(as it states in the description which is why I purchased it) because the rack spacing is slightly narrower than the width of the box so it doesn't fit BETWEEN the tines in a GE dishwasher. That aside it does the job with washing all my small items perfectly that don't fit anywhere else. I like that it has a lid too. Seems well made & if it breaks in the future I'll buy another one for sure! If it had a slightly narrower width it would be perfect but it does what I need it to do so I'll keep using it. I also like the fact that it's not just for toddler stuff so adults like myself can use it too. Now I actually have a place to wash my Ninja blades safely & securely as well as other sharp kitchen essentials with ease!

Works just as intended, bought it on sale so very good value.

Although this item gets the job done I wish I had waited. Amazon has since recommended baskets that I believed would have worked better. This one does not fit easily in my Jenn air dishwasher and I agree with the other buyers that the cover does not work well. It’s not easy to close and pops off too easily.

I have been looking for a bigger dishwasher basket for so long and finally found this. It has plenty of room and fits really well in our top rack. I use it for all plastic 'toddler' type items that seem to have a mind of their own and end up in the bottom of the dishwasher at the end of the cycle, such as plastic spoons, little pots and lids etc.Excellent product at a good price.

used for babies bottles had to make sure there was only one layer in the basket or they wouldnt wash properly

We use it to put the bottles inside so they don't turn around in the dishwasher.

Good item. Even though the size is as described, in our slimline dishwasher it is still a little surprising how much top drawer space it takes up.

This basket fits well in the top drawer of the dishwasher, but when I need more room I can just remove it instantly. I put the smaller plastic containers and lids and my plastic canning jar storage lids in it and most of the time they do not flip and come out perfectly, and I don't have to worry that they will float around the dishwasher during the wash cycle and ruin something. I also put my scrubby pads in there to sanitize without having to worry about them floating around either. So happy I finally got this.
