Works well as expected from Logitech. I did have the Brio 100, but that webcam didn't tilt enough so all it would take was a close up shot of your head. This one tilts so I can get the upper torso in as well. So, it's perfect for me.

Easy plug and play installation. Like that camera viewer can be opened or closed when not in use. Worked great for a Zoom meeting with my Dr. We could both see each other clearly with color accuracy and the sound quality was good.

The video quality is good and it feels sturdy. It looks cool and I wanted a USB-C webcam, which this is. It responds well with my computer and I enjoy the privacy shutter. I’m not rating it 5 stars because when I went to update the firmware for the webcam, which it needed, it gave me a connection error every single time and my connection was perfectly stable and fine. I was only able to get the webcam updated when I connected it to another computer, my MacBook. If you run into this issue, which others online have, and don’t have another computer that you can update the webcam firmware with, you’re gonna be in a tough spot

I work from home and have struggled with bad lighting with cameras before, especially with Teams where you have no editing ability. LOVE this tiny, but mighty camera. Great price and fabulous performance. Also, does not move at all if you bump your desk. Highly recommend for remote working!

Great quality, cute design

I bought this webcam because I needed something better for work meetings. My laptop is just too small to work from directly, so I usually keep it off to the side—and that’s where my only built-in camera is. I picked this one up to sit on top of my larger monitor, and honestly, the quality is amazing.I especially love the design of the privacy cover—it flips up and down so easily, way better than those awkward sliding ones most webcams have. I got the pink color and it’s super cute! It’s simple, works exactly how I need it to, and stays in place. Overall, just a fantastic product.

This camera had a faulty microphone, which of course I did not initially know. After trying to get it to work and failing I went to a technician who informed me that the mic on the unit was faulty. Now I am outside of the return window so I have to buy a new camera/mic, plus I had to pay the technician. I've always thought Logitech products were good. No longer. Buyers beware! I would give this Brio zero stars if it were possible.
